<body><a href="../index.html">HOME</a><br><table summary="364"><tr><td class="etesti">364</td><td class="edate">Opinion</td><td class="eage">37 years old at that time</td></tr><tr><td class="ei_midasi" colspan=3>We really went to stupid war.</td></tr></table><div class="large"><p>(<span class="olive">Wife</span>) I did not think that we must not go to the war at that time.  In 8th of December 1945, Japan army attacked Pearl Harbor, I shouted: "They made it!".  For Japan had made diplomatic relations with flinching I thought: "Well, done!".</p><p>But as time went on, I become to notice gradually: "Well, war is absurd.  We must not go to it".  I saw war as something beautiful.  No matter what happen, I hate war, we never again go to war.</p><p>(<span class="green">Husband</span>) We went to stupid war, really.</p><br><p>(<span class="olive">Wife</span>) I think it is necessary for old people who had experienced the war to talk about the war and how the atomic-bomb was to very young people that do not know war or grand children.  We have to talk to our experience.</p></div></body>
