I was removing the roof tiles and pillars of our fire-devastated house one by one, and found the body of my wife. It had been time to prepare lunch so she had been standing in the kitchen. She seemed to have been using a knife. A big heavy kitchen knife had stuck into her forehead with great force. Poor woman! That's why I think she died instantly.
My eldest daughter was squashed and died under the collapsed drawing room whilst carrying the emergency bag on her neck. Her facial expression was contorted because she was crushed to death. I think, probably, she suffered the most. I don't think she died instantly.
There was one person missing and she must have been somewhere. I didn't know where she was so I was walking around to find her. Soon a neighbor said, "Is the corpse in the public square your daughter?" As soon as I went there, sure enough I saw that it was my daughter's corpse. She was only three years old.
I carried the four dead bodies of my family and put the mother and children side-by-side and cremated them.
