I was walking in a fire-devastated area. Then someone heard my footsteps and said to me, "Water! Water! Water! Water!" People were collapsing in rows and I thought they were dead. Beside them, people were rapidly cremating the dead bodies.
The collapsing people were hideously burned and the hair on their heads was also burnt. They said to me, "Water! Water! Water!" I asked them, "Where are you from?" I received no replies. I felt so sorry for them and wanted to give them some water. But I didn't have much energy left to give them some water as I had tumbled down after walking two or three steps myself.
I have shortness of breath now. I think "I couldn't give them water at that time. I have shortness of breath now because this is the punishment for the sin I committed at that time."
