A mother who gave birth to a baby just before came into the air-raid shelter which we were in. The newborn baby and her(or his) mother and father all died. And her(or his) grandmother died, too. All died. It was sad. I was deeply sorry for that. You can't understand if you don't see it.
A man who burned with wearing clothes. A man who burned his skin. Blood furiously came out of affected parts. Men who were alive said, "water, water," asking for water.
When someone died, people put him in a small vehicle and carried. And tin plate was laid, firewood was piled up and he was burned. I couldn't bear to look at it directly. My grandmother was burned like that by my family.
I was glad to have been saved only I got injured, but at last, I even thought I had better die. I couldn't bear to look at it directly. That's true.
