I took my little brother to a first aid post. And I really thought that if hell exists in this world, it would be right here. There were naked people, a man who suddenly stood up and then collapsed again and a man who was shouting, "Air-raid alert! Air-raid alert!" "Did he become insane after having such a horrible shock?" I wondered. And a child was shouting "Mother! Mother!" I really thought that hell existed there at that moment.
Although I shuddered at the thought of my little brother in such a place, at least he could receive some treatment.
That's why I took him there. He said, "Help me, Big brother! Help me, Big brother!" I put him to sleep saying, "You'll be all right. You'll be all right."
People were shouting all over the place, "Give me some water! Give me some water!" On that day the soldiers could do nothing except give them water. There was no medicine and no other remedies available. Giving the injured people water was the only treatment they could provide on that day.
